To be admitted to the Diploma program or to take individual level 4 tasks, coaches must have:

*     Full NCCP Level 3 certification (or full certification with 3 months).
*     A minimum of 3 years coaching experience at the high performance level.
*     Approval from their national sport organization.
*     An undergraduate university degree is recommended but not required.
